About Me

I’m Puja Tibrewal, a trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Raised in a traditional Marwadi family in India, I once believed therapy was a sign of weakness. Years of pushing through challenges without guidance eventually left me depleted. My turning point came in 2019, when I began therapy and discovered the transformative power of trauma work.

That experience inspired me to leave my corporate career and fully immerse myself in learning the very modalities that supported my own healing. Today, I integrate these approaches with compassion and groundedness, guiding clients as they navigate their own journeys of unlearning, resilience, and self-discovery.

I believe that if I could find clarity through the fog, so can anyone — and it is my purpose to walk alongside others as they do.

My Approach

This work is sacred and so is my approach. My own journey showed me that unless we work with the root of the problem, we won’t find the resolutions and movements that we desire in our life. I bring this simple insight in every session. I don’t just focus on the coping mechanisms of your symptoms, I am interested in the deeper layers of your story, of your life thus far. 

Our current wounds are manifestations of our past emotional suppressions. Hence, understanding your history is a key aspect of this work. On surface our problems may seem common, but each one of us carries a unique imprint of pain, much like our fingerprints. 

Our emotions are intricate and delicate, thus making this work deeply intuitive. I believe in making things simple for my clients and helping them tread gently through the deeper layers of their suppressed emotions.
