I know shame all too well. I have felt it deep in my bones. I have seen it in the eyes of family, friends and strangers. Living my life in the deep dark alleys of shame had become overbearing and I started working intensively on finding ways to unpack this heavy burden, layer by layer. Witnessing how transformative this was in my own life, I became deeply inspired to share this with others through this online course. I invite you to embark on this journey to move from Shame to SHAKTI!

What is Shame?
Shame is the fear that if people really knew you, they wouldn't love you. It is the internalized belief that you are fundamentally broken and unworthy of belonging.

What is Shakti?
In Sanskrit, Shakti means power. Specifically, the power within. It is your innate life force. It is the creative, vital energy that naturally flows through you when you are safe, grounded and free.

Shame freezes us. It locks that energy away. Shakti frees us. It is the return of your vitality, your inner life force.

In this module, you will identify the specific areas of life where you tend to carry shame and operate under its heavy burden. We will explore how shame becomes the root of most surface-level issues and how it is stored somatically in the body. Finally, you will learn the vocabulary associated with both Shame and Shakti, and how to use this new awareness to move forward.

Module 2: Understanding the Root of Shame

In this module, we uncover the origins of shame and examine why it carries the lowest energetic frequency of all human emotions. We will explore the neuroscience of early childhood brain development to understand how shame patterns take root before we have the language to process them. Finally, you will learn to identify the "sub-personalities" formed during these critical years and understand the vital role they play in your personal shame story.

Module 3: Deep Dive

Certain areas of life (specifically our relationships with our bodies and money) often carry the heaviest burdens of shame. In this module, we explore these layers of emotional complexity to understand how we remain trapped in a vicious cycle of shame and low self-worth. You will be supported by two powerful visualization exercises designed to help you connect with, and begin to process, the emotional weight buried within your body.

Module 4: Release & Reclamation

True release begins when we can identify our inner critical voices and learn the tools to quiet them. In this final module, you will master the path from self-criticism to self-compassion. You will gain access to a transformative mindset exercise for navigating shame in real-time, followed by a powerful somatic practice to release shame from the body—clearing the space for your Shakti to rise.

About Me:

I’m Puja Tibrewal, a trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling. I am trained in Regression Therapy, Family Constellations, Inner Child and Intergenerational Traumas.

Raised in a conservative family in India, I once believed therapy was a sign of weakness. Years of pushing through challenges without guidance eventually left me depleted. My turning point came in 2019, when I began therapy and discovered the transformative power of trauma work.

That experience inspired me to leave my corporate career and fully immerse myself in learning the very modalities that supported my own healing. Today, I integrate these approaches with compassion and groundedness, guiding clients as they navigate their own journeys of unlearning, resilience, and self-discovery.

I believe that if I could find clarity through the fog, so can anyone — and it is my purpose to walk alongside others as they do.
