Frequently Asked Questions

  • You don’t have to decide on your own. During the free consultation call, we’ll discuss your concerns and explore together the number of sessions, packages, and payment options feel like the best fit for you.

  • I do not offer refunds. This is why I provide a free consultation call, where you can ask all your questions and make an informed decision before committing.

  • Fees are listed in the Work With Me section. Payments can be made via bank transfers or secure online payment portals, depending on your location and preferred currency.

  • All sessions are completely confidential. Any information you share will never be disclosed without your consent. This work is built on safety, trust, and respect.

  • There is no quick-fix strategy, as each individual’s journey is unique. However, many clients begin noticing shifts as early as the first session. What matters most is approaching the work with patience, curiosity, and trust in the process.

  • As a trauma-informed coach, I can support clients in almost any area of life. When we feel stuck, it often points to suppressed emotions or unresolved experiences that become obstacles in adulthood. My work is about uncovering and healing those hidden blocks. During the free consultation call, we can also decide if I am the right fit for your specific needs. If not, I am happy to refer you to a trusted practitioner from my network.

  • Traditional therapy often focuses on talking through challenges, while my approach works more deeply with the subconscious and the body to release suppressed trauma. I combine modalities like inner child healing, regression therapy, and family constellations with practices such as journaling, meditation, and breathwork. Sessions are longer and paced gently, allowing space for true integration and lasting change.

  • Not at all. Trauma-informed work does not require you to recount every detail of painful experiences. Instead, we gently explore what your body and emotions are ready to share. Often, profound healing happens without revisiting the entire story. The focus is on releasing what no longer serves you, not on reliving the pain.

  • Your comfort and safety are my top priorities. We always go at a pace that feels manageable for you, and I regularly check in during sessions. If something feels too intense, we pause, use grounding practices, and return only when you feel ready.

  • Healing doesn’t end when the session does — in many ways, it continues unfolding in the days and weeks that follow. Clients often notice subtle shifts in their thoughts, emotions, or relationships as the work integrates. To support this process, I may share journaling prompts, meditation practices, or grounding exercises tailored to you. I also remain available via text or email for questions or support between sessions. Integration is a gentle process, and the most important thing is to give yourself time, patience, and compassion as new insights and feelings arise.
