My Approach
This work is sacred — and so is the way I hold space for it. My own journey taught me that true healing happens only when we address the root of our struggles. Coping mechanisms may provide temporary relief, but lasting transformation comes from exploring the deeper layers of our story. That is the insight I bring into every session.
I don’t just focus on surface-level symptoms; I help clients connect with the emotions and suppressed experiences that lie beneath. Our current wounds are often manifestations of unprocessed pain from the past. While on the outside our challenges may look similar, each of us carries a unique imprint of suffering, as distinct as our fingerprints.
Because emotions are intricate and delicate, this work is deeply intuitive. My role is to make the process simple, safe, and gentle — guiding you step-by-step through the layers of what has long been hidden, so that release and healing can unfold naturally.

Healing takes time. Each of my sessions is about 2 hours in duration, giving you the space and time to process without feeling the pressure of a traditional 50 minute therapy clock.

We begin with a complimentary consultation call. This allows us to set intentions for the work and assess if we are a good fit for each other.

I share a detailed questionnaire that invites you to reflect on your childhood, family dynamics, and current concerns. While optional, it’s highly recommended — your responses help me understand your history and prepare for our sessions so we can dive in more deeply from the start.

Each session is around two hours, scheduled based on mutual availability. Typically, we begin with weekly sessions, then adjust the frequency as the work unfolds. The pacing always honors your readiness and capacity.

I remain available by text or email for interim support and questions. I may also share handouts, audio guides, or reading recommendations to support your integration between sessions.
