“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
— Maya Angelou
Hello, I’m Puja Tibrewal and I’d like to share a glimpse into my journey.
I was born and raised in a conservative Marwadi family in India, where my worldview was shaped by a fairly narrow lens. For a long time, I believed therapy was only for the weak — a misconception that kept me navigating through some very difficult phases of life without guidance or clarity. By 2014, my life felt like an endless rollercoaster. I told myself that struggles would make me stronger, yet I was running on exhaustion and relying on distractions to keep moving forward. Inevitably, this led to choices I would later regret, and eventually to a point of complete depletion.
Everything shifted in the winter of 2019, when I turned to therapy. With the support of trauma-informed experts, I began to understand the roots of my emotions and patterns. Though overwhelming at times, the process gave me perspective and helped me recognize that I was more than my anger, resentment, and fatigue. For the first time, I felt the possibility of unlearning old beliefs and creating a life that felt authentic and aligned with who I truly am.
This transformation inspired me to leave my corporate career and devote myself fully to the study and practice of this work. The modalities that supported my own healing became the foundation of my professional path. I approach my clients’ journeys with a deep sense of trust, groundedness, and respect, knowing firsthand the courage it takes to step into this process.
Today, my work is centered on helping others move through their own fog, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a life that feels more authentic, spacious, and generative.
My Credentials
My work is grounded in deep personal practice and training with some of the most respected teachers in the field of trauma healing and systemic work. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I hold space and support my clients in their journeys.
I integrate these approaches with my own intuitive presence, deep listening, and embodied practices to create a safe and supportive space for healing. I also believe in continuous learning — regularly updating my skills and exploring new methods, so I can bring the most effective and compassionate support to my clients.

I had the privilege of learning Family Constellations with Suzi Tucker, one of the foremost teachers in this field and a direct collaborator of its founder, Bert Hellinger. Her guidance deepened my understanding of systemic dynamics, ancestral patterns, and the power of belonging, which I now integrate into my client work with clarity and compassion.
-
I trained under Dr. Gaurav Deka in Inner Child Healing and the Systemic Medicine Course, which combines trauma work, regression therapy, and systemic constellations. This training deepened my ability to work with the subconscious and early childhood wounds, helping clients release suppressed emotions and reconnect with their authentic selves.
-
I am trained in Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, a pioneer in past-life regression and author of the groundbreaking book Many Lives, Many Masters. Learning from his methods strengthened my ability to guide clients safely into the subconscious, helping them access and release deeply held memories for profound healing and transformation.

I completed training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Level 1 with Terry Real, a pioneering approach to couples and relational work. This training has deepened my ability to help clients build healthier relationships by combining honesty, empathy, and accountability in a safe and transformative way.
